Karyn: Southern California, United States; Welcome! I am a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, and friend, as well as a passionate cross stitcher and joyful quilter. I have been stitching for almost fifty years and still adore it! In 2008 I started my original blog "The Teakettle Corner" to share our family shenanigans, while displaying my stitchy projects, but, as time has marched on, and the Teakettle kids grew up, the theme of my life has changed. I created this "new" blog version to share the next journey. You may find Pa and I hanging out at home or enjoying an adventure in our 24 foot travel trailer...all the while journaling my stitchy works in progress, my finishes, and everything in between that finds it's way into my stitching "nook." I still love to share recipes, my thoughts, and the Teakettle "kids" shenanigans here and there. I'm glad you could visit and hope you enjoy your stay, and as always the teakettle is on and ready for you.
