Blackbid Exchange

So, after much sweat and many tears, I have completed my exchange item. I will be mailing it out to it's intended "victim" tomorrow, and I do hope that she likes it.

I stitched from the Honeysuckle Manor book, using the Honeysuckle Pin Box motif, but made it into a floss tag.

Blackbird Designs Exchange

I stitched on Zweigart Belfast Antique White, using CC Olive Branch and Weeping Willow, GA  Pebble and Holly Berry.

It was a wonderful experience and one that I would recommend, but I think that I will stick to good ole stitching for Ma.

This is gorgeous!! I would love to be the "victim". LOL

With school starting Aug 23, I am delighting in making my list of want to do for the fall/winter. I think Panopoly of Posies and one of Ink Circles patterns are on my list.

Have a beautiful day.

Is it hard for you to let your stitching go? I feel uneasy giving the things I make away. They feel like kids after spending so many hours with each item.
