Hornbook Happiness

I now have all the stash that I need to begin my Quaker Hornbook, for Jennifer's group SAL.

I am using Zweigart 36ct Flax Edinborough fabric and "Milady's Teal" floss by Crescent Colours.
I will keep you posted!

I'm working on this too!!!!! Are you doing this via Stitcher's Hideaway shop/website???

By the way, your Malady's Teal is much bluer than the skeins I got, so I decided upon Cresent Colour's Tartan Plaid...and my piece of the 36ct Flax was a bit "blah" to me, so my fabric is 36ct Vintage Examplar.

Jacqueline....I am, good ole Jenny :) My floss looks much more blue in my pic, and seems a bit blah to me too, but I am gonna try it out and see...Tartan plaid will look fab with your fabric!

Looks like your fingers are going to be busy.

I stitched my Little Hearts SAL. My OWN take on it. I hope she won't get offended.

Oh, be careful if you're going to do the basting...upon first look, it appears to be every four, but look at it carefully! Some spots are three and five!!!
