I Hope You Had The Time Of Your Life

One sunny day in June, 50 years ago, this gal married this fella and they became this couple They had two daughters, who they watched grow and who eventually met and married their own fellas, and gave this couple four grandchildren. One day, the gal said to the fella, "We are comin' up on our 50th anniversary, dear one, how shall we celebrate such a milestone?" and the fella replied "Why, with those that we love the most." And an idea began to take flight, and they said to each other "Let's take our most loved ones on a cruise." And so the journey began, they invited all 14 of their loved ones to join them on what was to be the trip of a lifetime. We all flew from various points in the United States to meet in Puerto Rico And then we boarded the big boat for a Caribbean Cruise We spent 10 days together dining, swimming, visiting, laughing and enjoying the many blessings that the joining of these two cuties brought to all our lives. We visited Aruba, Curacao, St. Maarten and St. Thomas, where we had the opportunity to experience many different foods, faces and customs. Most important, we traveled without any interruptions from the world of business, work, or technology. We allowed ourselves to slow down and concentrate on our surroundings and each other. And as we began to relax and experience the beauty around us and the love of those we traveled beside, we also began to remember the truly important things in life, the most important of which is family. The Teakettle clan arrived home relaxed, refreshed and revitalized. We are closer than even before for having experienced such a treat together. If you'd like to see more photos go to my sister's or Pa Teakettle's. Thanks Mom and Dad.....I hope you had the time of your life.....I know we all did.

Looks like you had a blast! What a neat way to spend your 50th anniversary and everyone will remember it better than the reception where everyone's feet hurt from standing in line. LOL

Oh how wonderful. It looks like everyone had a fantastic time. congratulations to the happy couple. It's encouraging to know that people who love each other still realy do stay married to each other forever. That's what my hubby and I are striving for.
Congrats. Glad you had fun.
Love & Prayers,
